Transitional Housing for Homeless Veterans
Homeless Veterans temporarily live-in furnished units for up to 24 months. The veterans receive intensive, onsite case management, mental health support and assistance searching for permanent housing.They have access to free laundry, phone and Wi-Fi. To be eligible, one must be a veteran with a DD214, homeless in Shasta County and have income below 50% AMI at intake. This site has 2 one-bedroom units that accomodate 1 occupant and 2 two-bedroom units that accommodate 2 occupants (shared living spaces). We are always accepting food, clothing and toiletries for our Veterans.
Accessing our Housing Programs
FaithWorks is a member of the NorCal COC and obtains referrals through the local coordinated entry system. Potential clients must visit a CES Access Point to be entered into the Homeless Management Information System and complete a risk assessment. Call our office 530-242-1121 for more information.
