Permanent Supportive Housing for Homeless Families

Francis Court II & III are four-plex’s located directly across from our transitional living program. Families at this location have optional access to case management and other supports and can stay permanently.

Each family gets to:
*Be held accountable by onsite staff
*Meet weekly with a case manager and engage in a holistic, individualized case plan
*Utilize our “Transitions” Youth Services
*Have access to onsite counseling
*Attend parenting classes, skill building workshops and special events
*Make payments on their deposit, work to build a positive rental history & resolve credit issues
*Take the furniture and other provided items upon completion of the program

Accessing our Housing Programs

FaithWorks is a member of the NorCal COC and obtains referrals through the local coordinated entry system. Potential clients must visit a CES Access Point to be entered into the Homeless Management Information System and complete a risk assessment. Call our office 530-242-1121 for more information.
